1. About us
These terms apply to all services provided by Manchester Washing Machine Hire (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Our service
We provide washing machines and tumble dryers for hire, including delivery, installation, maintenance support and collection where applicable. All appliances remain our property at all times.

3. Hire agreement
The hire period begins on the delivery date and continues for the agreed term or until cancelled in line with the agreed arrangement.

4. Payments
Payment must be made as agreed before or during the hire period. Missed payments may result in suspension of service, refusal of further hire, or collection of the appliance.

5. Delivery and installation
You must ensure safe and suitable access to the property. If delivery or installation cannot be completed due to access or safety issues, additional charges may apply.

6. Your responsibilities
You agree to use the appliance properly and for normal domestic use only, not to tamper with or repair it yourself, and to notify us promptly of any issue, fault or damage.

7. Repairs and maintenance
We cover faults caused by normal wear and tear during the hire period. Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidental damage or unauthorised repair may be chargeable.

8. Loss or damage
You may be responsible for loss, theft or damage to the appliance while it is in your possession, except where caused by fair wear and tear.

9. Cancellation and collection
Cancellation terms, including any minimum period or notice period, will be confirmed before hire. After cancellation, the appliance must be made available for collection at an agreed time.

10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
